Our Purpose
The TCC is a vital and important educational and career resource center for students, faculty, staff and the community. It is designed to assist you in your career and transfer preparation to the college or university of your choice. The Center is essentially a link with the campuses of the University of California, the California State University system, and independent/private, and out of state colleges and universities. The TCC affords you the opportunity to map out your future.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Transfer Career Center (TCC) at Contra Costa College is to coordinate the college’s transfer efforts in order to increase the number of students prepared to transfer to four year institutions such as the University of California, the California State University system, independent/private and out-of-state colleges and universities. In collaboration with counselors and staff from other transfer-related programs, extensive academic, career, and transfer services are provided. In addition, the TCC assists students with career exploration, career interest testing, workshops, as well as various other resources.
