About Scholarships at CCC

We offer a variety of scholarships to our students with awards ranging from $250 to $8000.  Applications are generally accepted between November 1 and March 1 of each academic year.  Each scholarship is different with its own focus.  Some awards are based on earning high grades, demonstrating leadership or community service, pursuing a specific major or career path, or having financial need. 

There are two different scholarships at Contra Costa College: CCC Foundation/On-Campus Scholarships and Off-Campus Scholarships.

1.) CCC Foundation and On-Campus Scholarships

These scholarships are available to continuing and transfering students at CCC.  Funds are raised through the Contra Costa College Foundation and private donors exclusively for CCC students. 

2.) Off-Campus Scholarships

These scholarships are general scholarships that are available to students from different colleges and are not funded exclusively for CCC students.  A general list of scholarship is available on this site.
