FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE
The First Year Experience (FYE) program was designed to connect new students with programs and services on campus as well as create lasting social networks. The FYE program hosts a variety of workshops and specialized counseling for all new students and also for special populations through the Basic Skills Initiative (BSI) grant.
The FYE programs starts with the FYE Passport, a series of activities and experiences that students complete in four stages. Students who complete all four levels are eligible to compete for the FYE scholarship at the end of the spring semester.
If you are a new student with more than 6 units and want to participate in the FYE program, please come to the Student Life Center, in the Student Activities (SA) Building.
